We had a pretty uneventful weekend, which after last week was great!! (Suffice to say last week was possibly one of the worst weeks of my life, OK perhaps not THE worst, but pretty close to it!!)
Phil had to work on Saturday (ugh!) which meant that I had all of the kids at home by myself ( I hope this gets easier as they got older...lol!) Saturday was also NSW election day, so we had to go and vote. It was horrible rainy weather (I shouldn't complain, we are in a drought after all!)so lucky Phil got home in time and I didn't have to drag them all with me kicking and screaming down to the local polling booth. (it's so embarassing being seen out with my kids at the moment, everybody can definately hear us coming!!) Some friends came around later that night and we had an enjoyable few quiet drinks with them....did I say quiet??? I meant VERY noisy actually! They had there 3 kids aswell on top of our kids made for one very noisy house!!! Anyway it was a good night:-)
I did manage to get a new kit done over the weekend. I call it Earthy Plum (which I might add, was suggested to me by the wonderfully talented Bannerwoman (*blush blush*)) Wanna see?
